    Reflecting their marina setting, The Boathouse Residences will benefit from an external maintenance programme every 2 to 3 years inspired by a vessel’s regular “haul-out” process. This includes specialised cleaning and treatments to remove algae, salt, and environmental build-up, preserving the residences’ appearance and integrity over time.

    An initial deposit of $500 is required to secure your Boathouse Residence berth, with a further deposit payable within 14 days, and the balance of the purchase price on settlement date.

  • When is the remaining balance payable?

    The balance of the purchase price is payable in accordance with the terms outlined in the sale and purchase agreement, generally on the agreed settlement date.
